Great news! We are doing so well with the movie ticket program that Livermore Cinemas is now donating back to CMS PTA $1.00 for every ticket sold!!! This exclusive deal is valid throughout the entire school year! You have the opportunity to purchase DISCOUNTED movie tickets for only $7.50 each—that’s $2.50 off the general admission price for those 13 years or older.
The ticket order form can be found in the school office or click here. Orders will be collected from the office at noon on Thursday and tickets will be delivered to the school office and available for will-call starting at 12:30 p.m. on Friday. Please note that discount tickets must be purchased in advance—the flyer is not good at the box office.

8th Grade Promotion Meeting
The 8th grade promotion committee will hold it’s first parent meeting on Tuesday October 6th at 7:00PM in the library. We encourage all 8th grade parents interested in planning this exciting event to come out and help start the planning process.
For those of you who aren’t aware, this celebration is entirely hosted by the 8th grade parents; it is their “gift” to their students. Without parent help now and throughout the year, promotion cannot be the special event that your child has seen others before him/her experience.
There are a variety of areas where you can help. Please see the flyer for more information regarding 8th grade promotion planning.
We look forward to seeing you all then.
